Directions: from division take 33rd Ave. South past Wal-Mart. Go through a set of lights, then one more block and take the next left-hand turn onto Quarry Rd. Within a half block you will see the church with yellow siding on your left.

Introduction To Yoga
1st Wednesday of Each Month
 

1st Wednesday of Each Month from 4:30 - 5:30 pms


This introduction to yoga class will help those of you who are brand new to yoga to learn the basics of postures & breathing with a a very small group so you receive a great deal of individual help and attention. The cost of this class is $10.00. If you wish, you are welcome to stay for the 5:30 class without additional cost.

Beginner’s Polarity & Hatha Yoga
 


Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:45 pm


Stiff? Tired? Stressed? This is “come as you are” yoga. Lower your stress through fun, gentle and easy to do yoga routines. Learn sun salutations, standing and sitting postures. Breathe deeply and totally relax as your body transforms from stiff and tense into limber and toned. This is an ideal class for beginners and those wanting a relaxed yet energizing workout.

Intermediate/Advanced
Power Yoga

 

Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:30 pm


Learn fun, Ashtanga yoga based routines that dramatically improve flexibility, balance, strength, endurance and mind/body integration. Power-up with yoga to cool, energizing music. You’ll sweat through an incredible workout with deep rhythmic breathing, muscle strengthening movement and cool balancing poses. Inspiring, Meditative & Fun! Do it
